Our backend watches the chain and waits for 12 confirmations before crediting your purchase. Amounts are derived from the verified transaction, not from anything you typed.

ARX is the native token of the Arabex ecosystem. During the presale it has a fixed price of $0.001 per token. You pay in BNB, and the BNB amount is converted using the live Chainlink BNB/USD price feed at the time your purchase is confirmed.

No. The purchase goes directly from your wallet to the audited presale smart contract. We never take custody of your BNB or your ARX — tokens are claimed straight back to the wallet you bought from.

We wait for 12 block confirmations on BNB Smart Chain before crediting your purchase. This makes sure the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. It usually takes a minute or two; the status updates on your dashboard automatically.

Each purchase unlocks on its own schedule — between about 90 days (earliest buyers) and 5 days (latest buyers). A purchase becomes claimable once it is unlocked, has not already been claimed, and is in the confirmed state. Your dashboard shows a live countdown to every unlock.

Yes. The minimum is $12 per transaction and the maximum is $50,000 per transaction, with a lifetime cap of $100,000 per user. These limits are enforced by the smart contract.

You can connect multiple wallets to one account and mark one as your primary. Each wallet keeps its own purchases and claims, and you can manage them all from a single dashboard.

ARX runs on BNB Smart Chain (BSC) mainnet. You can use MetaMask or any wallet that supports WalletConnect. Make sure you have a little extra BNB to cover network gas fees.

If a transaction does not confirm, it is simply marked as failed and nothing is credited — your funds stay in your wallet apart from the network gas already spent. You can review the reason on the purchase details page and try again.
